About: About

Guided by the belief that a single frame can hold a lifetime of emotion, my personal exploration in film photography evolved into a dedicated study of how to translate those gilded glimpses onto a physical canvas — creating pieces that aren't just viewed, but felt. Based in North Carolina, my work is a continuous attempt to bridge the gap between a fading memory and a permanent reminder.

A Little Bit About Me

Between the space of memory and presence resides my art, awaiting creation — to be commemorated, admired, and immortalized. The quiet rhythms of life, those transient moments, and the ethereal scenes nestled in my dreams all hope to be tangibly crafted — capturing the passing present before it slips away into the obscurity of time.
When I gaze upon a picture set in front of me — whether that be through the eyes of another, the lens of my own camera, or my unaided eyes alone, I use whatever medium is most resonant to render the feelings attached to the image. The nostalgic grain of film has a tactility I've found best translated with oil and acrylic paint. And thus, my two main materials and my vision coalesce.
